1. Introduction

PlugSignage ("we", "us") respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal data we collect. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your information, both on the web platform at app.plugsignage.com and in the PlugSignage mobile app.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, e-mail, phone number, company and password.
Usage data: how you use the platform, including access logs, connected devices and published content.
Payment data: billing information processed by our payment partners. We do not store credit card numbers.
Browsing data: cookies, IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Mobile app data: a push notification token, so we can alert you when a screen goes offline. The app requests access to the camera and photo library only when you choose to upload or capture content, and to the microphone only when you record audio. These files are sent to your account and are not used for any other purpose.

Provide, maintain and improve our services.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Send service-related communication (updates, support, notices).
Keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.

We review each request, delete your account, your uploaded content and your screens, and confirm by e-mail. Records we are required by law to keep are the only exception.

9. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After cancellation, data is kept for the period required by law and then securely deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a revised update date.
