1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the PlugSignage platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms described here, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

PlugSignage is a digital signage platform that lets you create, manage and publish content to screens and devices remotely, through an online dashboard and a companion mobile app.

3. Registration and account

You must provide true and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is forbidden to:

Publish illegal, offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Use the Service to distribute malware, spam or any malicious content.
Attempt to access restricted areas of the system without authorization.
Resell or sublicense the Service without prior authorization.

5. User content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment and subscription

Plans and prices are available on the pricing section of our website.
Billing is monthly or as defined by the plan you contracted.
Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the account.
Cancellation can be requested at any time, with no penalty.
Subscriptions are contracted and billed outside the mobile app.

7. Service availability

PlugSignage will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

PlugSignage is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or lost profits.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the PlugSignage platform, including software, brand, design and documentation, belong exclusively to PlugSignage and its licensors.

10. Changes to the terms

PlugSignage may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by e-mail or in the platform dashboard. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

PlugSignage may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support, or delete it directly in the mobile app.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
